The Standing Together to End Profiling and Undo Poverty (STEP UP) Network is the force behind the CSA. The network is compromised of the following local organizations:

- Direct Action for Rights and Equality (DARE)
- American Friends Service Committee (AFSC)
- Olneyville Neighborhood Association (ONA)
